Notes to rental rates

    The property is normally let from Saturday to Saturday but we will also consider Sunday to Sunday and other periods if these can be fitted in. We ask you to pay a 25% deposit to confirm your booking. This is non-returnable except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival. together with a returnable £100 security deposit.

    There is a final cleaning charge of £50 per let, and a central heating charge of £40 per week between October and April. Other utilities are included in the price. Bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided and changed weekly. The property is cleaned with each change of guests.
